Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup frozen raspberries, 5-ounces frozen spinach, almond milk 1 cup, 2 to 3 tablespoons of dark cocoa powder, Quest chocolate milkshake protein powder.
Add all the contents into your blender, blend and mix well. Then pour into a large cup and enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
6 ounces of frozen veggies, 1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen berries, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, one scoop protein powder, Stevia, and flavor extracts (whatever flavor you prefer) or Cocoa powder.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Put frozen veggies and frozen fruit in blender together. put cup of almond milk in blender with one scoop protein powder any extra Stevia or extracts and purée
EXAMPLES:
Here’s my 2 personal favorite versions of the vegetable protein smoothie:
I make a spinach blueberry smoothie using 5-ounces of frozen spinach frozen mixed with 1 cup of frozen blueberries, PE science select or Quest vanilla milkshake, and a little vanilla extract.
I make a zucchini strawberry smoothie using 6-ounces of frozen zucchini sliced and mixed with one-and-a-half cups of frozen strawberries, one scoop Quest or PE science vanilla milkshake protein powder, Stevia, and vanilla extract.
Here’s what you’ll need:
6-ounces of frozen veggies. Pick any one of the following vegetables: spinach, broccoli, zucchini, Normandy blend, or okra. One scoop of protein powder (use any kind you like), Stevia, and flavor extracts (vanilla, cinnamon, and carmel are my favorites) to taste, one cup unsweetened almond milk.
Put everything in a blender and purée until smooth. Enjoy!
EXAMPLES:
Here’s my 3 personal favorite versions of the vegetable protein smoothie:
Version 1:
I use Quest salted-caramel protein powder, Normandy blend vegetables, and pumpkin spice extract.
Version 2:
I use zucchini, cocoa powder, and PE science select vanilla ice cream protein powder.
Version 3:
I use frozen broccoli, PE Science select https://pescience.com/select-protein snickerdoodle protein powder, cinnamon, and caramel extract.
This recipe is good for approximately 5 servings.
Use 120-ounce package of extra lean Jenny-O turkey breast.
Ingredients to use are: frozen okra (4 ounces), one can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes, two carrots (peeled and sliced), fresh green beans (chopped), two cloves of garlic (minced or sliced), onion (chopped), two zucchini (sliced and diced), one egg plant (cubed), one can of sliced mushroom, one carton beef broth, a tablespoon of dark cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon of adobe pepper, salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika.
Here’s what you do:
Cook the ground turkey in your pot until it is no longer pink. Then remove the turkey meat from the pot and spray the pot with a little olive oil. Sauté the onion, garlic, and carrots until they are soft. Next, you will add the meat back in along with the zucchini, frozen okra, green beans, canned tomato, beef broth, cocoa powder, salt, pepper, Adobe pepper, and paprika.
Once everything is in the pot, stir and let the ingredients simmer on low for about an hour.
