How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Monthly Memberships: First-time members are eligible for a full refund if requested within the first 14 days of joining.
Three-Month Memberships: First-time members are eligible for a full refund if requested within the first 14 days of joining. If a refund is requested after the 14-day period, we will issue a prorated refund based on the number of days subscribed.

Is a free trial available?

No, we do not currently offer a free trial. However, you can feel secure in the knowledge that you can cancel at any time. And if you are a new member, and it’s within your first 14 days of joining, we can provide you with a full refund.
