Chicken Fajita Apple Wood Bacon Salad
I made this recipe off the top of my head one night. So, there is no “official” recipe.
However, here’s a breakdown of what I did:
Took a couple slices of onion, sautéed it with a few slices of bell pepper
Threw in about 4 ounces of pre-cooked chicken
Seasoned it with garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and a squeeze of lime juice.
After I got everything heated up and cooked, I threw it all on a bed of lettuce with fresh tomatoes. I topped it with a half of a mashed avocado, fresh salsa, and 20 grams of Applewood bacon crumbled on top.
It was amazing, and I will definitely make this again!
