Greek Yogurt Protein Cereal Bowl
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt (20-25 grams of protein per serving)
100 grams or 3/4 cup blueberries
8 grams or 1/4 package sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 – 2 Stevia packets (use as many or as few as you prefer based on your taste preferences)
1 serving high-protein cereal (150 calories or less) . Here’s the one I use: https://www.specialk.com/en_US/products/cinnamon-brown-sugar-protein-cereal.html
Here’s what you’ll do:
First, mix the yogurt, pudding mix, sweetener, and almond milk into a bowl. Next, place the blueberries and cereal on top. This meal should provide you with approximately 30 grams of protein. If you want even more protein, then mix in protein powder with the yogurt instead of pudding mix
