Focus on starting small to win big
Here’s what you’ll need:
half-cup oats
half-cup water
2 TBSP dark cocoa powder
2 to 4 Stevia packs
3 TBSP egg whites
200 grams zucchini (grated)
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 grams fresh raspberries
Here’s what you do:
Put the oats and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Then microwave for one minute. Next, add in the grated zucchini mix and microwave again for one minute, thirty seconds. Now, you’ll remove bowl from microwave and add cocoa powder, sweetener (Stevia), vanilla extract. Then mix in egg whites and stir very well. Next, microwave 30 seconds, take out the bowl, and stir again. Next, microwave again 30 more seconds and repeat the process two more times. Finally, top the custard with fresh berries and enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
One-half of a crown of broccoli chopped,
1 TBSP of bacon,
3-ounces of diced chicken,
one-half of an apple diced,
2 celery stalks chopped,
4 TBSP light mayo or half-cup of whole organic yogurt,
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar,
2 Stevia packets, salt and pepper (to taste).
Here’s what you’ll do:
Put chopped broccoli, celery, apple, diced chicken, and bacon into your bowl. I use a salad chopper to get my slaw ingredients into even, bite-sized pieces. (However, if you don’t have a salad chopper or don’t want to bother with this step, you can skip it.) Next, pick either the mayo or yogurt and mix it with the apple cider vinegar, Stevia, and salt and pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt
1 scoop of salted caramel Quest protein powder (or appropriate substitute)
3 cups of almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tsp pumpkin spice extract liquid (made by McCormick or Watkins)
4-6 packets of Stevia
1/2 tsp Guar gum
1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
Here’s what you’ll do:
Mix everything into a bowl. Next, you need to blend the ingredients. I use an immersion blender to get a really nice mixture. If you don’t have an immersion blender, then pour the contents of the bowl into your blender or food processor. After blending, pour contents into your ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
Add topping like dark chocolate hard shell or sugar-free chocolate syrup.
Enjoy!
